"Simple to Make" Blouse has front button closing and pocket. V. 1 and 2 have a small collar. V. 1 and 3 have short set-in sleeves with roll-back cuffs. V. 2, 4 and 5 are sleeveless. V. 3 and 4 have a shirt-type collar. V. 3 has top-stitching trim. V. 5 is collarless and has pocket and right front section of a contrasting fabric.

This is an unprinted, pre-cut pattern that is in excellent factory condition and includes instructions. The envelope is in excellent vintage condition. RARE
