Package includes patterns and instructions for four lined hats, offered in XS (21.5 inches/ 51.5 cm), S (21 1/2 inches / 55 cm), M ( 22 1/2 inches / 57 cm) and L (23 1/2 inches / 60 cm).
Butterick B4530 original sewing pattern, dated 2006, now out of print.

Pattern 4755 is partially cut with remainder in factory folds.

Envelope is in excellent condition. Pattern in very good condition
