 A fabulous shallow crown cloche block with stand, gently sloping crown and double brim, string groove. Has provision for under turnings to create a facing for smooth line at the brim edge.

A five-part block can be dismantled inside the blocked crown to allow you to get the crown off the block without stretching the fabric.

In exceptional vintage condition, some watermarks and pin marks are evident. Some texta markings. A challenging and beautiful piece.
